Music Made of Found Objects: Recycling Materials for Creating Nice Musical Instruments

In this workshop we will focus on creating musical instruments made of found objects. You will learn about what is sound, the different sound qualities, what is a musical instrument, and what is music and the art of composition. We will listen to different materials that have potential musical interest, amplify their sound, and manipulate it. Time permitting, we will create a small piece involving these instruments.
